Life is a journey from cradle to grave. It doesn’t make sense sometimes. That may contribute to the adventure. Imagine if we have everything in our personal lives figured out. That would be boring.

I think life should be summed up by serving God and each other. By forgiving and being forgiven, by leading and following. By humility and honesty.

We are frail but strong, willed that is. We have little strength in our exertions. We have God’s grace, God’s spirit, and God’s love. We have so much to be thankful for.
I am thankful for this Journey. I pray that my mistakes in life help me learn in wisdom. In Jesus name!

It has been some time since my last post. My slackness is due to lots of things but I won’t jump into those things right now. What I’d like to say is this, I’m going to attempt to journal(blog) my inside world of what is going on. Pastoring my church, leading my family, and working for the Lord Jesus. I will focus on some doctrinal things as well. Not to be all heady or religious but to point out dangerous doctrines. Doctrine does matter. In order to live a successful life for Jesus Christ you gotta know the truth.

Doctrine is what the bible teaches. Doctrine is not some pointless rambling from a preacher but truths that God desires for humanity to live by. God does not ask if we like his doctrines. God demands that we live according to his doctrine. We can disagree with it but that would be opposing ourselves. We want to ally ourselves with God’s word and live the life it witnesses.
